That is professional judgement.
II — Evidence
Judgement alone is not enough.
A decision becomes defensible only when it can be shown.
Test data
What was proven.
Certification
What was verified.
Approval
Who accepted it.
III — Provenance
Evidence without origin is only paperwork.
Provenance answers a harder question: where did this come from, and who stands behind it?
IV — Why we never see it
This work happens in emails.
In meetings. In spreadsheets.
In the minds of people who were there.
None of it is part of the building.
Buildings are assembled from products.
They are created by decisions.
And decisions are what we trust.
